Dear all,
How can I plot the Cp of 3D wing sections/slender symmetry,if the flow field was meshed with unstructure mesh? Thanks |

You should generate "surfaces" (FLUENT terminology meaning curves in 2D and surfaces in 3D) first. Iso surface and iso-clip are what you might need.

Thank you, Kim, Yes I can plot the Cp around a 3D Wing section according to what you told me, but, there are two lines(up wall & down wall)which are connected really, How can I distinguish them?

Hi
Cp at a stagnation point is one, leading edge and the second "stagnation point" is the trailing edge. therfore you can split your suction and pressure surfaces from this. Hope this helps oliver |
