Volume weighted mixing law

Hi All

Does anyone have any information about the volume weighted mixing law used by Fluent for multi species density model. In particular, I am interested in its application to the coupled slover. I've found it hard to get any useful information from the manual or reference.

Thanks in advance

Sam

Some information

The volume-weighted-mixing-law is for non-ideal-gas mixtures.

If you have selected volume-weighted-mixing-law, define the density for each of the fluid materials that comprise the mixture. You may define constant or (if applicable) temperature-dependent densities for the individual species.
