Condensation model

Does anyone have experience with the evaporation / condensation model in Fluent4.5?

I have a gas mixture of two components (one condensable and one non-condenseable) flowing through a chilled pipe and want to model the condensate thickness down the pipe length. Initially, to simplify the problem and test the CFD model, I used a condensable gas flowing through the chilled pipe (no multiphase) and got a reasonable temperature profile. Using that solution, I turned on multiphase with heat and mass transfer but have been unsuccessful getting a liquid layer to appear. Usually, the solution diverges quickly even after I patch in a thin liquid along the chilled wall.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
