axial flow gas-liq mixing
i'm doing my final project in axial flow gas liq mixing using fluent 5.1. i want to use standart k-e model for turbulence, sliding grid for impeller modelling, ASM for 2 phase turbulence modelling. 1. is ASM the best 2 phase modelling??(VOF & CAvitation??)

if i use ASM, then there's no mass transfer in and out

and that's wrong, because there's air in and out of the tank. how then?? 2. to model buble break up and turbulence, i take Lane et all as my reference. i use my own macro. but where i put that macro, i mean in sparger boundary cond or surface of water corresponding to air???? 3. i still difficult to understand how to transform that eqn - buble break up and coalesce (in Lane(1996), Bakker (1994)) to an algoritma. if u have some, please gimme thanks
