Somebody please suggest how I can plot the maximum temperature in the flow domain versus the flow time. Under temperature we have static temp, total temp., enthalpy, total enthalpy..., but no maximum temp. We have total enthalpy deviation, but no standard deviation for the temp. at any particular time. Do we have to define a UDF for that? If so, what macros are useful?

You can report and monitor min/max values in FLUENT 5.4 which will be released very soon.
