Default boundary condition : temperature

Here's a boudary through which the fluid leaves from a fluid domain. I know the velocity on the boundary from measurement but the temperature is unknown. I want the temperature on the boundary to be the extrapolation of the internal temperature field. Simply, I want the temperature on the boundary face to be the same as that of the adjacent cell. Unfortunately, I can't find proper boundary condition out of the given ones in Fluent 5. Anybody have an idea or experience? Your kind advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Dear J. D. Yoon

Your boundary is 'a boudary through which the fluid leaves from a fluid domain'. Then as far as I understand your question, your boundary face is 'OUTFLOW' or 'PRESSURE OUTLET'.

If so, velocity and temperature at that face are calculated by your code, not given by you.

Sincerely, Jinwook

P.S. : Why don't you contact the distributor in your country for detail discussion ? Feel free to contact them by 02-3661-6411.
