HOST ID is a number generated by certain hardware signatures that your machine has. You can find your HOST ID by running the FlexLM software and then you can change the HOST ID in the license file.

Thanks for your reply, Now I want to move the orginal license file to a new computer, so I want to change the new computer's HostID, let it same with the old one, if I change the Hostid at license, FIDAP will not work, so can you tell me how to change the new computer's Host id.

Like I said, the HostID is unique to the machine since it is generated by certain hardware ID numbers coded into the control circuits. A HostID is unchangable, the license must change. I suggest you cantact Fluent for a new license.
