hello all,
I have simulated a kind of turbine using sliding mesh, ideal gas (air)
inlet: pressure inlet
outlet: pressure outlet
as you can see, the temperature in the gap (which is 0.1 mm gap between vanes and casing), goes higher than inlet!!! (inlet is 400K)
Does anyone have any idea why energy equation is solving like this?
please find the temperature contour attached
