Default Modeling a radiator

Hi, I'm currently trying to use fluent 5.4 and gambit to model a radiator in the sidepod of a racing car and I'm not having much luck! I've tried setting an egde as a radiator and also as a pourus jump, neither of which seem to have worked and I seem unable to set a face as a pourus element. Any advice would be much appreciated on the subject, Thanks.
