The coefficent lift is obtained via a force monitor solve > monitors > force
you must specify a file and for each iteration a lift (or drag or moment) will be outputed to the file. it is important to make sure the lift has converged - it may only look like it is changing a little bit between iterations but over several thousand iterations this will make a fair difference.
