How to define the moving mass-flow-inlet boundary

I want to define a moving mass-flow-inlet and pressure-inlet boundary ,but I don't know how to do it,can you help me ,thik you very much! ps: can one computation zone contain 2 mass- flow-inlet boundary. thanks
