DAF reactor model(

Hi, I am writing a thesis on DAF(Dissloved Air Flotaion) reactor and using Fluent to analyze the flow patten in the reactor. The reactor is rectangular and the influnt is pressurized water through nozzle on the bottom - distilled water with dissolved air. The input last only about a minute and the influnt is mixture of water and micro bubble..

The question is; 1) how to define input when the input last only a minute or so. 2) how to successfully define the property of influent when it is mixture of water and micro bubbles.
