Default modelling Dessicant Wheel for HVAC??

Dear Mr or Ms:

Can I use FLUENT to modeling Dessicant Wheel in the HVAC field? If it can, how to simulating mass transfer(vapor) between the solid and air? Thank you very much. Any suggestion are welcomed!
