Hi everybody

I have a complex burner geometry design. I would like to obtain a velocity profile inside this geometry where I don't have any boundary conditions.

Do you have an idea how could I obtain (write) this velocity profile on a surface inside the domain.

That means, if I cut my burner geometry domain with a plane, I would like to write a velocity profile only on a part of this plane (=only on a little surface on this plane)

I don't know how I can do that? Because I write the profile on ALL this plane...

Thanks for your help.

Olivier

Define a LINE on the plane in question (in the SURFACE menu) and plot the velocity profile from the line. Hope that helps!
