Default can operation pressure be used to transonic flow?

Hi!Can anyone tell me if the operating pressure is not zero in transonic flow or in supersonic,how it effect on the result.

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SET THE OPERATING PRESSURE TO ZERO FOR THE COMPRESSIBLE FLOW, wheather it is subsonic, transonic or supersonic..good luck.
