Default Heated Boundary Layer Airfoil

I ran empirical tests in a water tunnel where I took a NACA airfoil and vertically mounted it on a pivot. I then heated the skin of the airfoil on one side, creating gradients in pressure/drag causing the airfoil to pivot.

I'm now looking to recreate this scenario on Fluent. I have read the other thread about modelling an airfoil and can manage physically modeling the geometry, however I need some help with how to apply a specified heat to the skin of airfoil (only on one side) and how to make it able to pivot... like a weather vane.

Any ideas/suggestions?

thanks ~patrick
