Default turbulence intensity

hallo, i wanted know the meaning turbulence intensity in fluent. as per the mannual, turbulence intensity= u'/Uavg. In fluent using XY plot, i got turbulence intensity along the free jet axis. The values were not correct. hence i want know the meaning of U-average. how it is calculated. secondly i wanted to have u' (i.e., fluctuating velocity components) from fluent. what is the command for this? thk u
