Dear all
Can anybody help me with advice on some experimental problems that I am having. I have used fluent to predict the laminar pressure distribution around a cylinder, and the comparison is very good. I would now like to make the boundary layer turbulent, and do the same with different turbulence models, especially the RSM. I need help in finding info on the web, or in a book, that can tell me how to place a transition trip wire in front of a cylinder or on the surface, in a wind tunnel. I need to know the size, diameter, position form the stagnation point round the cylinder, and loads of other stuff. Can anybody suggest a good book or even better, a paper or web site that's explains all and more. Cheers Andy |
