convergence problem

Default convergence problem

hello, i m simulating a flow over a square cross-section building (40m X 200m). the domain is 3750m X 800m X 800m, the building is located 750m from velocity inlet. i have problem in getting continuity, k and epsilon converge at 0.001, they r all hanging above it.. i m using tGrid mesh, any advice? thanks
