viscosity flow and user subroutine in FLUENT

We want to know whether FLUENT can

(1) solve incompressible, viscosity flow problem?

(2) add user subroutines for additional equations, variables and special source terms (e.g. surface tension) ?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your kindness and suggestion. In fact, we have not bought it, and have no manual to read. We have to evalue whether this CFD package is suitable to our application or not before we buy it.
