Hi, all

I have a question about boundary condition.

I want to perform the simulation of 3-D flow in a square cross-sectional bubble column. The column was initially filled with water. Air was introduced into the system through the small openings at the bottom of the column.

I produced the mesh system using "gambit1.3", but how to set the small openings as inflow boundary instead of the whole bottom of column.

Thanks.

Set the small opening 'on the whole bottom' and use the Gambit function, 'SPLIT'.

Sincerely, Jinwook

Hi, Lee

May you explain it in detail? How to 'split'? And the key is how to specify this kind of inlet B.C. in fluent?

Thanks.
