Hi there :

I have to make a model of turbulent heat transfer. I read in the Theory Reference that each model has a different prandt number (Keff = K + Kturb).I need some references of experiment values, a good book or someone with esperience in a turbulent heat transfer problem.

Thnak you in advance Sergio

You can read Incropera's book for general background in Heat Transfer and then Max Jakob's for some test data in simple forced convection cases.

You can refer :

William M Kays, 'Turbulent Prandtl Number - Where Are We ?', Journal of Heat Transfer, Vol. 116, May, 1994.

Sincerely, Jinwook
