Default Help Installing Gambit on Windows XP

I have installed Exceed 7.1 and Gambit 1.3 under Windows XP. I have set the FLUENT_INC to c:\fluent.inc and appended c:\fluent.inc\ntbin\ntx86 to the PATH environment variable. When I try to run Gambit from a command line, I get the error "Unable to Find Exceed X Server". I see that people have had this problem in Win2K, but I also see posts saying that they have everything running fine on WinXP. Can anyone help me out here? What can I do to fix the problem?

Regards, Dave.
