how to decide retnolds stress

using RSM modeling to calculate an anisotropic model, when it comes to describe "Reynolds stress component",there are two choices: from k or eps; directly give the value of each stress component. But if you choose the former, according to fluent's help documents, it is calculated by Fluent itself based on isotropic assumption------which is on the contrary to the anisotropic model, so I'd like to adopt the next way------give value to each stress component. How should I do it?
