Hello!

Has anyone managed to simulate two-phase horizontal pipe flow and then get the pressure drops to match mechanistic model predictions? I've done the simulations, but the pressure prediction shows no real correlation: it can be differ anywhere between 5 and 25%. I dont't know what the problem is: Fluent's numbers or potential errors in my mechanistic models. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Anyone found discrepancy with single phase pipe flow predictions and results?

Any help/sugestions/comments greatly appreciated!

Atholl
