Default Size Function (Gambit)

Hey all.

Regarding the size function feature in Gambit, I understand for a fixed fucntion what the "initial size" and "growth rate" are. I think that the "distance" means how far off your source you want to extend the size function into the attachment.

My question is, what exactly is "size limit?" It seems like it locks the size of cells outside of your size function distance up to and including the surrounding faces (if attachment is a volume). One would use the function probably with the TET/Hybrid (TGRID) scheme to help control skewness, right? The help documentation for this in Gambit isn't that great.

Any input or experience on the size function would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
