Boris Guest Posts: n/a	While water showers unsaturated hot air, simultaneous heat and mass transfer takes place between water and air. Since water are actually not in dispersed form, the discreet multiphase model is not suitable. Please give some hints to solve it. Do I have to use UDF to define the heat transfer coefficient and use Lewis Law to define the mass transfer coefficient? But, I just can't find the empirical correlation for the heat transfer coefficient. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
