Default no mass convergence

Hi All!

I am using the eulerian model and the k-e turbulence model to simulate a bubble column with continuous co-current liquid flow. The simulation converges to give a solution but when checking the flux reports the liquid outlet is an order of magnitude larger than the inlet. I'm stuck for the cause of this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Shane
