Default Meridional Streamlines

I'd like to look at the evolution of meridional streamlines through my model (through the guide vanes and rotor blades as well as through the mixing planes).

But for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Would anyone have any suggestions for me as t how I might do it?
