Meshing volumes for different mesh size

Hi! i have a 20 mm pipe connected to 300 mm diameter tank. due to difference in volumes, i want to mesh both fr different mesh size. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME HOW TO DO THIS. Regards

Hi, You could create different zone and then mesh in different size. Brandy

Meaning that I only need to mesh the edge for the model? (without considering face mesh and etc).What about region refinement of the model? Can I specify different size of mesh in 1 volume? If it is possible , how do I go about doing that? I'm a new user of Fluent.
