Default How to handle boundary conditions of fluidized bed

my problem is how to determine the boundary conditions of liquid fluidized beds? especially the upper surface, which is changing with velocity?

What I am using now is E-E model. How to treat the granular temperature? and the viscosity of the solid phase, which is regarded as fluid in E-E model.

Thanks in advance.
