Dear All,

I am trying to write a UDF for computing specific heat as a function and pressure and temperature. For this purpose, Fluent recommends using DEFINE_SPECIFIC_HEAT macro instead of the DEFINE_PROPERTY macros which can be used for other properties, such as viscosity, density, and thermal conductivity.

However, for the DEFINE_SPECIFIC_HEAT macro, only Temperature (T), Reference Temperature (Tref), Enthalpy (h) and mass fractions of gas-phase species (yi) are passed by the Fluent solver.

I have tried many things but it seems that is almost impossible to access the pressure at exactly the same cell where the Temperature is obtained. Does anyone has any idea?

DEFINE_SPECIFIC_HEAT macro link: https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Ans...e_sp_heat.html

Many thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Prikane
