Where can I get the Axisymmetric RANS and RSM equations employed in Fluent ?

In the Fluent manual, there was only Navier-Stokes equations for axisymmetric case and Reynolds stress model for the genereal Cartesian coordinates.

If you have the information on the RANS and RSM equations for axisymmetric case, please let me know.

Thanks.
