A challegening fluidsolid problem
just imagine such a following case: a watersolid mulitphase problem, and the solid will melt during its flow, and the solid fraction is not neglectable (20% for instance).it is obvious that none of the provided models in fluent can be used directly to simulate such a case.the mixture model can not predict the secondary solid phase characteristic and the Euler model will not solve energy equation, and the DPM only accounts for the lowfraction situation, and in DPM all the six paticle laws do not inlude the solid melt case? who can give me some suggestions to simplify the problem?
