Default engine cylindar flows anyone?

I have been using STAR-CD for simulating in-cylindar engine flows. According to some advertising that I've seen, FLUENT can be use in this application without the need for very time consuming mesh movement programming as is needed for STAR-CD. Has anyone used FLUENT in this application?

Also, how easy is it to generate and mesh the complex geometry of valves and ports in the basic FLUENT software?

Any information in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Gareth
