Constant heat flux with uniform temperature

I am using Fluent to model heat transfer for flow inside a channel with constant heat flux boundary condition. Is there a way to impose a uniform wall temperature around the periphery (i.e. uniform wall temperature distribution in each cross-section) at the same time? I have tried giving the wall material a very high thermal conductivity (1e38) but there is still significant temperature variation in the wall periphery. Thanks, Jake

your heat transfer concepts are wrong. Read internal flows chapter form heat transfer incropera. if you specify a constant heat flux to the wall of the wall, the temperature of the wall HAS to change and CANNOT be constant along the direction of the flow.
