varying inlet velocity over time?

I'm trying to create a varying velocity inlet. I need 6cm/s for 3 seconds, then over 1 second slow the velocity to 2.5cm/s and hold it for 30 seconds. Then no flow for 10 seconds.

I've changed the wording of the above post as it's not a flow profile but rather a varying velocity inlet.
