Default Transient using target mass flow

Hello:

In my project, only pressure in inlet and mass flow rate in outlet is known. Both steady and transient calculation are needed to perform. For steady analysis, I can use target mass flow rate in outlet and get converged solution. However, how can I perform transient one using TMR? By UDF or profile? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
