Hi, Cariji Zoran in his report on "Complete Francis Turbine Flow Simulation using FLUENT software" shows option of designing of Hydro Power Plant in GAMBIT. I am using gambit and GTurbo, but failed to find out this option. May any one tell me abt this option.

Hi, Zoran showed in his report a window of Gambit. Title of the window is "Hydro Power Plant". Below the title "Create" is written and then below this buttons are available, Spiral cast, Stayring, Wicket gate, Runner, Draft tube, Turbine, Close. I have searched a number of time in Gambit but failed to find it. May be he customized this option. But if you know abt this option plz tell me. Thanks

This is not Gambit GUI and you can not find this option in Gambit.

But Zoran claim in his report that this is a part of Gambit. I may fax you that page if you will provide me ur fax number. Do u know the designing method of Francis Turbine runner? What are the controlling parameter of runner geometry? Kind Regards
