dynamic mash
 
Hello,

I am a university student, I am trying to use the dynamic mash to buid a valve in fluent 6. But I can't find and tutorials for User's Guide about this. Could some kind hearts people tell me how to use it please. It will be glateful if anyone can reply me. Thank you, and I am looking forward of your replys.

Hi,

If you use FLUENT6.1, please check the following chapters:

User's guide: chapter 9: modeling flow in moving and deforming zones tutorials: chapter 11: using dynamic mesh

You can not do dynamic mesh simulation in FLUENT6.0. Regards,

Hi, mate,

Thank you for your response. I am using Fluent 6.0, as the univeristy only have 6.0, can I do it within CFX? Do you have a copy of Fluent 6.1, could you send me one through interent, if you haven't got one it is ok, thank you anyway.
