You need to write the blade, hub, shroud profiles in a specific format called TUR (*.tur) and import into GAMBIT. Please see the GAMBIT doc for the format of the file.

Hi, In which software i have to write the profile, and what is the method to generate the pofile of hub, shroud, runner. i have geometry file of gamm Francis Turbine. GAMM Francis Turbine Test Case 8 is a Turbine whose geometry files and experimental data is available for researcher so that they can do Numerical analysis and can validate there results with experimental data. I have downloaded its geometry files from web http://lmhwww.epfl.ch/Research/EVA/Gamm.html but these files are in .imh format. I tried to open it in Gambit but failed. May you please guide me in which CAD Software I can open it and Mesh it, so that I can do simulation in Fluent? i will be vey thankful for your help bye
