You must define the grid interface in Fluent with Define/Grid interfaces... I assume that your grid interfaces are boundaries, done in some mesh generating program?

u must define your interface in GAMBIT or ICEM ... before u import your grid to fluent.

this is a problem of windows platform.....but works fine on unix platform. grid interfaces need not be defined beforehand in gambit or icem. also , fluent sent me some text command which I used before creating the interface, then it worked... sandeep
