3d mesh and its integration

hi, i am using fluent for wind tunnel simulation i required information that i want to mesh geometry surface is gambit good or ansa or any other software. i want to know about domain connectivity of 3d mesh with surface mesh what shoud i do to remove skewness of mesh nabeel

hello nabeel, it seems that u do the same project with me.Thru my experience, there's a lot of thing why error of 3 d will happen. i suggest u to mesh face and then volume. good luck

Re: 3d mesh and its integration

i am doing the wind tunnel simulationand then i want to surface mesh the model and then matk wind tunnel volume around it and then connecting through tgrid .there is option in 3d mesh for tgrid.i have a problem that i want to know that whether i have to mesh surface and volume separately and then connect there mesh using tgrid.am i right or wrong.how can a shell volume be created in gambit.thanking u in anticipation
