Default 2 rotating region problem

Hi all,

Please I have a problem to simulate using Fluent 2 rotors (2 rotating regions) as seen in the attached. The first rotor turn normally but the 2nd change its place (see the figure). Fopr information I defined interface,.
Any idea please
