s2s radiation
 

I am doing s2s radiation in fluent. The number of surface elements is quite large so I want to reduce the size and cpu time for calculating the view factor file. Hemicube view factor model is used.

I have tried to change the faces/cluster parameter but it doesnt seem to have any effect on the view factor file... Does this parameter only effect the actual radiation simulation?

Does anyone know how to estimate the size of the viewfactor file given the number of surface cells in the model?
