Default UDS transport: strange results

Hi to all,

I'm solving an UDS transport equation in Fluent 6.0.

The scalar is generated within the domain, so I set zero value at the inlets and zero flux at the outflow.

The source term I defined is positive in every cell of the domain...but after the first iteration I find that the UDS is negative in a significant region in the middle of the domain (which does not make sense).

What's wrong? Does anyone have any clue?

Thank you very much!

Ale

Hi, You should give more information about what you are modelling with your UDS and its definition. thomas
