Boundary problem

Hi,

I have an inlet on a box for which i have no boundary conditions. The inlet is just below a flame so that air is being sucked into the system from this inlet. What inlet boundary condition should i use.

I would like to use an outflow boundary at the outlet to the system and this means i cannot use a pressure inlet boundary at the inlet. Is there a way around this?

Can i set the inlet as a pressure outlet, is that appropriate?

Regards

Eric

Re: Boundary problem

Your idea doesn't match coz when u set outlet as a boundary condition air will not be sucked anyway. I recken to set a fan as boundary condition.... that will blow air into the firebox as it needs.
