Default three species flowing

this is a case: in a air cuboid room has two injection, one injection is oil spay combustion, the other is water spray cooling

when i set this two discrete phase but the temperature is very high (the lowest temperature teach to 700K after 1 second) why?

when i set only one oil spray combustion ,the temperature is also very high why?

who can tell me the answer, thanks
