Default Influence of relaxation factor on the final result

I am computing a turbulent flow field using standard k-epsilon model with source terms added to the momentum equations. My problem is that it converge only when I reduced the relaxation factors of continuity and momentum equations. I want to know whether too small relaxation factors, like 0.05,will affect the final physical results.

OH!It's false convergence!I've just examined the residual fields,it's still large for the momentum equation.

You can either speed up to the solution fast or slow depending on the value of relaxation parameter. If you use high value it would want to reach the final value fast, but sometime could diverge the solution. Special cases you have to see what's happening to the solution. You can flip the relax. parameters for pressure and momentum to converge fast, may work sometimes....
