Default Heatflow from Abaqus

I want to simulate the heat flow generated in a structural problem in Abaqus and want to export this data to Fluent. Where do I start and what programming language do I use.

You can use a code couping software MpCCI to couple Abaqus and Fluent. Look at www.mpcci.org.
